Another activity of the organization is to improve the institutional environment in the agricultural sector by creating conditions for the functioning and interaction of producers, buyers, traders, service providers and other market players.

With the support of GIZ CBER, Sughd has been gradually investing efforts in improving the quality of agricultural production from 2016 to the present through technical and advisory support to farmers through innovation. The organization is working on a phased implementation of a sustainable agricultural development model using the methodology of creating groups of producers in the framework of GIZ projects. The creation of groups of producers is the most effective form of organization of enterprises operating in the same segment, making a significant contribution to increasing their competitive advantages in the market.

The business model was introduced in target rural districts (Mastchokh, Penjikent, B. Gafurov and Spitamen) among farms, and the main goal was to build capacity and support agricultural producers in doing business, thereby increasing their income.
